课程描述/Course Description

该课程深入研究学习
针对3-6岁儿童的蒙台梭利教育法
An in-depth study of Montessori pedagogy focusing on the developmental needs of children from three to six years of age.

课课时安排/Qulification Delivery时安

课程包含
至少400小时的课程培训（包括讲座）；
至少140小时在培训师的监督下完成蒙台梭利的
教具操作练习；
至少170小时的蒙台梭利教师观察和教学实习。
At least 400 hours of classroom-based training including lectures,a minimum of 140 hours of supervised practice with Montessori materials and 170 hours of observation and teaching practicum in Montessori settings.

AMI 培训师团队 AMI Training Faculty

Madlena Ulrich

Madlena Ulrich 毕业于挪威Buskerud and Vestfold大学学前教育专业，

于1994-1995年在爱尔兰都柏林接受了AMI 3-6培训。

之后她一直在挪威东部的一所拥有0-15岁环境的Tønsberg蒙台梭利学校工作。

她在2008-2010年间跟随美国明尼苏达的培训师

Molly O’Shaughnessy和瑞典培训师Ulla Wikefeldt完成了她的AMI培训师培训。

现在她是AMI3-6阶段中国培训师团队的一员，该团队目前在杭州和深圳进行培训。

同时，她也在挪威、罗马尼亚和俄罗斯进行
AMI的培训，并且时常在世界各地进行演讲。
Madlena Ulrich trained as a Preschool Teacher in 
Norway at the University College of Buskerud
and Vestfold (HBV) and took her original AMI
3-6 training in Dublin, Ireland in 1994-1995. 
Since then she worked at Tønsberg Montessori,
a 0-15 environment situated in Eastern Norway. 
She did her AMI Training of Trainers with Molly 
O’Shaughnessy in Minnesota, USA and Ulla
Wikefeldt, Sweden in 2008 - 2010. She is a
member of the China Faculty whoholds AMI 3-6
Training in Hangzhou and Shenzhen. She is
also training students on AMI courses in Romania, 

Russiain addition to students in Norway.She is 
lecturing frequently all around the world.

Teenaz Reporter

MI培训师，Teenaz于1998—1999年在蒙台梭利培训和研究中心获得蒙台梭利3-6岁资格证书，

继而在印度海德拉巴的蒙台梭利幼儿园开始了她的职业生涯。

随后的八年里她在纽约和马里兰州的蒙台梭利学校积累了丰富的教学经验，

并从2009年开始在海德拉巴接受严格的蒙台梭利培训师培训课程。

培训过后Teenaz女士在位于钦奈的Navadisha蒙台梭利基金会工作了两年，

也为特里苏尔的AMI培训团队效力过。现在，

Teenaz主要负责班加罗尔AMI课程的培训工作，

也协助AMI在中国的培训课程，是3-6主教课程的培训师之一。

 AMI Trainer, gained her AMI Montessori Diploma

at the 3-6 age level training with Ms. Lakshmi

 Krishnakumar at the Montessori Training and

Research Centre in the year 1998-1999.

She began her career in India in the

Taraporewalla's Montessori House of Children

in Hyderabad. Subsequently over a period of

eight years she expanded her experience

working in Montessori schools in New York and 

Maryland. In 2009 she began the rigorous AMI 

Training of Trainers Programme in Hyderabad 

and subsequently spent two years in Chennai 

at Navadisha Montessori Foundation. She has 

served on the faculty of the AMI course in 

Thrissur,Kerala. She is currently on the faculty 

of the AMI course in Koramangala,Bangalore.

She also assists with the AMI diploma courses 

in Shenzhen training center and already finished 

two assistant courses.

Anahita Gandhi

AMI培训师，在蒙台梭利教育领域有长达13年的经验，

2002年在印度孟买的一所AMI培训中心获得AMI蒙台梭利3-6岁教师资格证书。

此后在印度班加罗尔和孟买的多所蒙台梭利学校从事教学工作，积累了丰富的经验。

2008年协助创办与经营一所蒙台梭利学校，
2009年在印度孟买接受严格的AMI国际蒙台梭利培训师的课程并参与到印度的各类培训项目之中，

Anahita是印度孟买AMI培训团队的一员，同培训师团队一起在孟买举行过多次助教课程，

并参与协助喀拉拉邦特里苏尔的3-6课程培训。
Anahita is an AMI Trainer (3-6) and has almost
 thirteen years of experience in the field of 
Montessori education across India.Anahita joined 
the field of Montessori in 2002 by undertaking 
her training at Sir Ratan Tata Institute in Mumbai. 
Subsequently, she has worked in various 
Montessori schools in Bangalore and Mumbai, 
before going on to help set up and run a 
Montessori school in 2008.She started her 
Training of Trainers programme in 2009.In 
Mumbai and has been involved in various training 
programmesacross India. She has worked as a 
part of the training team at the RTI Montessori 
Course in Mumbai. She has also assisted as a 
member of faculty on the 3-6 course in Thrissur,
Kerala. Along with her colleagues she has run 
several Assistant Courses across Mumbai.
